PAYMENT

Payment is due in full the day of the cleaning.

ProClean Services of South Brevard, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, Cash, & Zelle.

A $35 fee will be charged for any return checks (NSF). If more than one (1) NSF occurs, ProClean Services of South Brevard, LLC will only accept Cash as a form of payment.

SERVICE FEES

Please note, although we do provide over-the-phone estimates, the price may need to be adjusted depending on the property conditions upon arrival. We will always get your approval before moving forward.

SCHEDULING

For recurring cleanings, we strive to keep it on the same day each cleaning and with the same staff members however we are unable to guarantee this every cleaning.

Our staff will schedule your next cleaning prior to leaving your property as well as call or text you the night before with a reminder of your appointment.

If you are unable to be present at the time of our arrival, access to your home will need to be granted by way of (door code, leaving a key, buzz our staff in, or have a family, friend, or neighbor grant us access to your home. If you prefer, we can reschedule your cleaning for a time you are home.

ADD-ON SERVICES

The following services are available for an additional fee:

  • Cleaning baseboards

  • Cleaning interior wooden blinds

  • Cleaning inside cabinets

  • Cleaning inside oven

  • Cleaning inside fridge

  • Dishes

  • Patio cleaning

SECURITY SYSTEMS/ALARMS

For those with alarm systems, please provide us the alarm code if you’re not home during the cleaning to ensure the cleaning will not have to be rescheduled.

BREAKAGE

ProClean Services of South Brevard, LLC is fully insured so if a breakage occurs, notification must be made within 24 hours of service.

ARRIVAL TIMES

We are unable to give an exact arrival time for cleanings. However, we do provide a 2-hour window of arrival.

PETS

ProClean Services of South Brevard, LLC love all types of animals, but we cannot be responsible if they escape, which is why we ask if you’re not home to crate or kennel your animal. If you are home, we ask if you can keep your animal within eyesight.

SUPPLIES

We supply all the cleaning products so there is no need to provide any supplies. If you do prefer a certain product, please advise us prior or at the time of arrival and our staff will gladly accommodate.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

We understand rescheduling may be necessary due to illness, family emergencies. ProClean Services of South Brevard does require a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule your cleaning. If you are on a recurring cleaning, and more than 1 week is skipped, a $50.00 fee will be charged.

PRICE INCREASES

Your cleaning rate may be adjusted at any time during the calendar year if there are any changes to living conditions, increase of people living in the home, or excess addition to furniture in the home.

PROCLEAN GUARANTEE

If there is ever a time that an area is not cleaned to your satisfaction, we will re-clean that area if you notify us within 24-hours. We do apologize but we do not offer refunds.

REVIEWS/REFERRALS

We value everyone’s opinion which is why we ask to please let us know how we did. Your feedback is vital for our company so we can address any issues and help us improve our quality of work. After each cleaning you will receive an email inquiring about your cleaning.

ProClean Services of South Brevard, LLC has a referral program. Please contact us for more information.

LIMITATIONS

Water and electricity must be present at time of cleaning. If neither is available, your cleaning will need to be rescheduled.

We can remove and haul away debris for additional charges.

No harsh chemicals will be used unless requested by client. We will not be held responsible for any damage it may cause.

We are not able to lift more than 25lbs unless requested prior so we can make accommodations.
